FAQ

Shipping rates at checkout are offered based on your destination country and the combined weight of the items in your cart. There are four types offered:

1. Regular Airmail - No Tracking

To make my products accessible to moas worldwide I use regular airmail as my main shipping option, as this is the cheapest for small items.

• Items will be sent in envelopes using minimal packaging
• No tracking will be available
• Estimate delivery times after shipment are:
  • 2 to 3 days within Belgium
  • 3 to 10 days within Europe
  • 7 to 45 days Internationally

⚠️ Delivery may take longer than this depending on your local post office. I cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive within the expected time! Thank you for your patience when placing an order using this method.

2. Small Package - No Tracking

Small Packages can be used for orders that are too big to fit an envelope. Similarly to the Regular Airmail option, Small Packages will be delivered to your address by your local post office and do not offer tracking. The expected delivery times are similar to those of Regular Airmail, but may take slightly longer to some destinations.

3. Mondial Relay Point / Locker - Tracking included

For customers in Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal and Luxembourg, shipping with Mondial Relay is an affordable option, recommended when ordering multiple items.

• Items will be sent in a small box.
• Tracking is included
• When choosing Mondial Relay shipping during checkout:
  ❗️Please enter your PICKUP POINT in the 'Apartment, suite, etc. (optional)' field of your address

4. Mondial Relay Home Delivery - Tracking included

This option is only available to Germany and offers tracked home delivery by Mondial Relay.

Shipments will be made within 2 to 6 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive an email when I have fufilled your items and your package is ready to be sent. General shipping updates or delays will be communicated through Instagram (@onedreamatelier).

Currently, the Regular Airmail option is available for shipping to the United States, as no import duties or taxes should apply.

To place a group order, you can order by contacting me directly through Instagram DM or email. This way I can help choose the best shipping option for your destination and items, as well as add sufficient freebies for each of your joiners.

If you need to change or modify your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible through Instagram DM or email. If your order has already been shipped, I will not be able to make changes to the address. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you want to cancel your order right after placement, please contact me as soon as possible through Instagram DM or email. After shipment of the order, no cancellations or refunds will be possible.

No returns or refunds will be issued after shipment.
